I hail from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan (AKA The Friendly City and bootleggin' hideout of Al Capone) but I've been living here in beautiful rainy Vancouver for the past few years. As UBC alumn, I'm incredibly excited and blessed to be here serving in this same community where I was baptized just a few years ago! University feels like it goes by in the blink of an eye, but the life lessons, skills, and relationships developed here stay with you for life. I'm stoked to journey with you as we experience and learn more about the awesome love of God here on this gorgeous campus. The cutie in the photo with me is my forever puppy Tenzi the Tibbie. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet him when he visits campus!
I'm a panda enthusiast, serial hobbyist, and fan of the abstract. I'm passionate about community development, and I believe that it goes hand-in-hand with interculturalism (especially on campuses as diverse as UBC). Most importantly, I believe that the living God is at work here on campus and is calling each of us to a life worth living.
