Meet our CoCo, Alice

Hi friends,

My name is Alice and I am very excited to be the communications coordinator for UCM this school year! I am heading into my fourth year of Speech Science and Special Education and I hope to pursue a career in audiology in the future. 

Some fun facts about me!
  • I immigrated to Canada with my family when I was five from China, then moved back for three years when I was ten! I feel so blessed to have been able to experience both cultures growing up and to be able to speak the languages. 
  • In my free time I love to play tennis, bake, and watch movies! I’ve been working really hard on keeping Cineplex in business.
  • I love to create! Crafting, baking, drawing, designing… all of it! I find a lot of joy and peace in expressing myself through artwork.

​UCM has been a great source of community for me these past couple years of university. I met some of the most amazing and faithful people ever during my time at CORE in second year and they’ve been stuck with me since. I’ve been able to grow so much deeper in my faith with these people by my side and I hope that everyone will be able to come and experience the same. I already know that God has great plans for this year and I can’t wait to encounter them with UCM!
