Hey, my name is Dave Clark. I grew up in South Surrey, but I have called Vancouver home for about five years now. Back when I had more hair, I studied English Literature at UBC and theology at Regent College. In my two years at UCM, I have come to love this community—I love the students, the vibrancy of their faith, and their heart to make Jesus known on campus. I can't wait to meet you, the students. I look forward to hearing your stories, encouraging you in your journey of faith, and walking with you in the joys and sorrows of your life. It is my hope that through UCM, students will experience Christ's deep love for them and learn about God's heart for His world. As students mature as disciples of Christ, it is my hope that they will follow Christ's call to love and transform their campus and their city.
If I’m not working at UCM, you can usually find me hanging out with my wife Megan, reading books about theology and psychology, visiting a pub or coffee shop with friends, or training for my next marathon. I also love to golf, though it usually leaves me feeling disgruntled. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to chat.
