At the beginning of every school year UCM retreats for a weekend away to enjoy connection, worship, epic late night games, new friends, quiet times of prayer, hikes, s'mores by the fire, and teaching from scripture. If you're new to UCM, this retreat is one of the best ways to meet new friends and bring Christ into the centre of your academic year.

*Note: Exact start and end times are dependent on transportation, but we will leave UBC around 5:30pm on Friday and return around 3pm on Sunday
Pricing (includes food, lodging, and transport):
The full cost of the retreat is $200, but we offer the following subsidized registration costs for anyone who needs them.
$120 if you are new to UCM@UBC and this is your first Fall Retreat.
$150 if you send your deposit BY 1pm on Sept 8th.
$180 if you send your deposit AFTER 1pm on Sept 8th.
Registration closed Sept 15th - But there are still some spots available. We will be assessing these registration as they arrive with a waitlist if there are no immediate spots.

Steps to Register
- Complete the Fall Retreat Registration 2023 form below. Hit submit!
As we are now assessing spots as registrations come in, Please do not do any of the following until you have heard back from a staff member. - Send your $40 Non-Refundable Deposit via E-Transfer to [email protected] or hand cash to Nick or Tim (Two of our UCM Staff Team!)
- Once you have done the above, A staff member will message you confirming your spot, registration, and remaining balance.
- Click the button on the bottom right of the page that says "Sign the waiver here" and complete the form.
- You're done! You can expect an info email approximately a week before the Retreat!
