Meet Sam

Hello everyone!

My names Sam Tiggelaar, I am so excited to be the UCM Treasurer for the 2024-25 school year.

I joined UCM 2 years ago and have loved every second of it. I am so looking forward to serving and being a leader in this amazing community, shining a light for Jesus on our UBC campus.

So a little bit about myself!
  • I am a 4th year wood products processing student, in the faculty of Forestry, if you don't know what this is, come ask me I'll be more then happy to explain!
  • I am a die hard Canucks fan (unfortunately), and am proud to say I watch almost every single game.
  • I love all things sports! Volleyball being my absolute favorite, you can either catch me at the court or at the beach in my free time frequently.
  • So my nerdy side I'm a massive Star Wars fan! I'm always up to date with everything going on in the galaxy far far away.
